The pawnshop network automation project was implemented using software "1C:Accounting 8 for Kazakhstan" and specialized configuration "Accounting of operations in pawnshops". Implementation was carried out by partner "1C:Franchisee" under the guidance of S. Sadyishev. Sadyshev. The main goal of the project was to ensure effective management and accounting in pawnshops, in accordance with international and national standards of Kazakhstan. . The main automated functions included: Financial accounting, management accounting and performance monitoring. Accounting, tax and budget accounting, including regulated reporting. Accounting for intangible assets, fixed assets, payroll and personnel accounting. Accounting for intangible assets, fixed assets, payroll and personnel accounting. Counterparty settlements and tax accounting. Project support: Regular updating of the platform and standard configurations. Diagnostics of the state of the information base and creation of archive copies. Consultations on technical issues of work with products "1C". Main stages of implementation: Consultations on the choice and maintenance of software. Sales and delivery of software products. Installation of software and collection of requirements for the automated system. Methodological and technical support of accounting and management in the system. Connection of specialized equipment and individual training of personnel. Work on adaptation of the standard solution: Change of the algorithm for calculating the prolongation of a pledge ticket. Development of the report "Material Statement". Creation of the interface "Expert" and connection of specialized equipment for searching documents. The technical parameters of the project: Database size: 750 MB. Number of automated workstations: 2. As a result of the project, pawnshops have received a modern software solution that can effectively manage finances and accounting, as well as provide a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
